Transaction response code 43 - Stolen card, Pick up (fraud account). In the case of a Pick Up Card message, the customer’s issuing bank has prevented the transaction from being authorized because the cards rightful owner has reported it as stolen or lost. If a cardholder has had his or her card stolen, lost the card, or the issuing bank has closed the account, any attempt to process a transaction will generate the Pick Up Card message.
Please do not attempt the transaction again, and do not provide any services for the person attempting the transaction. Communicate with the customer to have an updated payment method for their convenience.
